Quality Control: 12 Inspection Gates from Raw Material to Shipment
Qinxu has established an end-to-end quality system covering incoming material, heat treatment, machining, assembly, and trial operation, with 100% inspection at critical processes.
A qualified reducer passes through more than ten inspection stages from incoming material to final shipment. Qinxu defines 12 key gates: incoming material recheck, forging/casting flaw detection, rough-machining sampling, heat-treatment hardness and metallography, semi-finish dimensional checks, 100% critical finish dimensions, gear contact spotting, gear measurement-center inspection, CMM housing inspection, assembly inspection, no-load trial run, and final outgoing inspection.
After heat treatment, gears must undergo hardness and microstructure inspection. Finished gears are checked for pitch, helix, and profile parameters, with random contact-pattern checks.
After assembly, every reducer runs no-load for at least two hours to monitor noise, temperature rise, vibration, and leakage before shipment.
Qinxu will continue improving its quality system to provide traceable, reliable power-transmission products.
