Qinxu Adds High-Precision CNC Gear Grinder for Stable Grade-6 Accuracy
A new CNC profile gear grinder has been commissioned, enabling stable gear accuracy of GB/T 10095 grade 6 for hardened-gear reducers.
Qinxu has commissioned a new CNC profile gear grinder in the gear workshop. The machine supports workpieces up to 1.6 m in diameter and module 28, precision-grinding case-hardened gears after carburizing and quenching.
Inspection by CMM and gear measurement center confirms that pitch accumulation, helix deviation, and profile deviation remain within GB/T 10095 grade 6, with surface roughness reaching Ra 0.8.
The new equipment shortens lead times for hardened cylindrical gears, planetary reducer gears, and custom worm-gearbox components while improving noise performance and load capacity.
Qinxu will continue upgrading equipment and processes around precision, reliability, and speed to serve mining, metallurgy, and construction-machinery customers.
